Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads to expand the company's client base.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers/ customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and objectives within a given timeframe.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall sales performance?
Requirements:
SaaS Sales skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Lead Generation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Fluency in Arabic and English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience: minimal three years in sales or customer service
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
